Your DFO Pay Team is working to support you with tools, resources, and assistance to help you navigate the Phoenix pay system, as well as providing individual pay support from the MyPay team.
All DFO employees are paid through the Phoenix pay system. However, employees without DFO IT network access are unable to access Phoenix self-service.
Certain groups of non-connected employees, such as seagoing personnel, lightkeepers, hatcheries staff and some science programs, have timekeepers to perform functions on their behalf and their s34 manager's behalf. Non-connected employees without an assigned timekeeper depend on their managers to perform tasks in Phoenix self-service on their behalf.
