The Regional Director General of Fisheries and Oceans Canada for the Maritimes Region repeals Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MSN-2023-023, concerning the following area(s):
Annapolis Basin, Nova Scotia:
A portion of Clam Harvest Area 2 described as:
That portion of Annapolis Basin, inside a line drawn from position 44.65839 North -65.75791 West and to position 44.65850 North -65.75337 West near Polly’s Point to position 44.61444 North -65.72277 West near Smiths Cove.
NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, coordinates are expressed using the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84).
