Temporary changes to Pay Action Request (PAR) requirements

During the period of limited connectivity due to Covid-19 response, certain flexibilities are being introduced with respect to submitting PARs. The Trusted Source will temporarily accept:

  • Digitally signed documents (excluding Entrust signed documents as these cannot currently be integrated with the imaging equipment);
  • emails from section 34 managers confirming the date and their approval of the specified action; or
  • photos of signed documents.

Please submit only one PAR and accompanying documentation per e-mail.
