Notice
The Regional Director General of Fisheries and Oceans Canada for the Maritimes Region has issued Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No.MSN-2023-011, which prohibits the harvesting of all bivalve shellfish (except sea scallops) in the following area(s):
St. Andrews Harbour and Indian Point, New Brunswick
That portion of St. Andrews Harbour and Indian Point (New Brunswick) inside a line drawn from a point at 45.0760 N 67.0820 W at Joes Point to a point at 45.0652 N 67.0649 W on Navy Island, thence along the shoreline to a point at 45.0544 N 67.0432 W on Navy Island to a point at 45.0632 N 67.0299 W, to a point at 45.0736 N 67.0295 W, to a point at 45.0720 N 67.0370 W, thence along the shoreline and back to a point at 45.0760 N 67.0820 W at Joes Point.
Note: The coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84).
